Packaging
Rugs are folded and securely packed to prevent damage in transit. Given the size and weight of our products, please allow a slightly longer handling window compared to smaller items.
Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged in Transit
If your rug arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
