- Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be returned undamaged, in its original condition — no stains, tears, or signs of use
- Replacements can be exchanged for another product or design of your choice (subject to availability)
- Items showing damage or wear will not be eligible for replacement
