Machine Wash

• Use a mild detergent — avoid bleach or harsh chemicals

Hand Wash

• Fill a basin or tub with cold water and a small amount of mild detergent
• Gently agitate the rug, focusing on any stained or high-traffic areas
• Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear
• Lay flat to air dry — avoid wringing or twisting, as this can damage the print and shape

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We want you to love your CRIB-CTRL rug. If something's not right, we've got you covered.

• Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• The product must be returned undamaged, in its original condition — no stains, tears, or signs of use
• Replacements can be exchanged for another product or design of your choice (subject to availability)
• Items showing damage or wear will not be eligible for replacement
